This practice is appalling. There is a 3 week wait (minimum) for appointments - that’s if they even answer the phone. I was on the phone for 30 mins waiting for it to be answered, so I went down there (whilst still on the phone) to find the EXTREMELY rude receptionists, sitting around chatting, ignoring the phone. They seemed pretty embarrassed when they were caught out. I’m not sure of the older receptionists name (blonde hair and glasses) but she should not be in the care profession! She is a vile rude human being who doesn’t not care at all! Or is even willing to help. Stay away from this practice at all costs!

Good experience at the surgery. However, since the changes to the System on line I have lost access to check appointments both future and making an appointment. I used to find this helpful as a reminder.

So hard to get through on the phone. Appointments near on impossible to get one the month you need it hope the new system helps. Drs are far to happy to just sign you off and Medicate you rather than offer other options. I was asked by a family member last week if they should join this surgery And I said no very quickly besides friendly receptionists I can’t think of a reason to join It’s friday 1725 I’ve been on hold waiting for an answer for 17 minutes and counting

The service received from the doctors in this surgery is horrendous and I won’t even begin to waste anymore of my afternoon explaining why. I would simply say DO NOT Join this practice you will only regret when you actually need them

Impossible to use the new phone system as we've been trying for 2 weeks now to get an appointment As per website and letter informing us of new appointment system, we start trying to call from 08:00 , press 1 and it beeps or says user busy. We've tried all other options and also no way to get through. No email address or other way to contact, need to see a doc before a certain lump grows, but not urgent enough for walk-in or A&E.
